1. No Spam
We will not tolerate spam of any kind on our forums. Meaning posts like "Hi!" or "FullAck!". If you've got something to say, so please do it in more than two or three words. Advertisement of any kind is forbidden. Please don't doublepost - anyone can edit their posts later, so there's no need to.

2. Copyright (Images, Videos, Texts)
We will not tolerate copyright-protected material on our forums - applying german jurisdiction. This means premium cartoons (like simpsons, family guy, looney toons, etc.), posters, grafics from other websites, etc. Everything you would need an allowance for copying is forbidden. Including avatars!

3. Hyperlinks
Meaning direct links to software / videos / images / sounds on other websites. Example:

"http/www.gfx-utilizer.com/2532/GFX.exe" FORBIDDEN
...
"http/www.gfx-utilizer.com/2532/" ALLOWED

4. Behaviour
Personal insults of any kind are strictly forbidden. Somewhat funny, unharmful insults like "reckless wiener" or "halfintelligent cupcake" make exceptions, but you shouldn't get used to them.

5. Threadthemes
When you're starting a new thread, please make sure that there isn't one already handling the topic (expl: "What' hardware have you got?". This is just unnerving, as well as stretching searchtimes for postings.


Breaking those rules:
If you're violating those rules, you'll get yourself kicked. We will delete your account, and you're probably in for an ip-ban (and we don't ban specific adresses but whole ip-ranges).
If you're in violation of rule 2 or 3, and we're getting an official and costly warning from a lawyer, we will name you're ip-adress! We will not - under any circumstances - pay for your failings!
